Join me for my 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒆𝒆 𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆! Starting on the 1st, perform 15 burpees and each day add 1 more – the last day on March 31 we will be doing 45 burpees! I’ll throw in a variation a couple times a week to switch it up (it will be in the comments of the Facebook page post). Pushup or not, jump or simply stand/squat, do it your way or whatever way feels good to you that day. Have fun with it!

Another variation to the standard jump back into the plank position is to step back instead if you prefer.
